Start a fund for kids whose parents don't qualify for help but still cannot afford to fund their education, themselves.

I'm sure over at FR they're discussing how they'd get bigger tars(tires) for their big ol trucks and cases of Funyuns and Chef Boyardee beefaroni delivered to their houses....
