Can Melania Trump, who holds a Slovenian Passport Be First Lady?

I know they is much talk and discussion about Cruz and his status, but does Trump have a problem too. If elected, Melania Trump would be First Lady and by virtue of the position, she would have access to an incredible amount of sensitive data. She would also be the wife (not to get crude here) of the person with the nuclear codes. Do we really know how she went from a daughter of a car repairman to top NYC model?

Cruz, or his campaign, didn't say any of that - the blog writer made it up (they are a 'centrist' blogger, and not someone that Cruz's campaign would suddenly reveal their thoughts to).

So we have to ask what the blogger (who I guess is the same person as the DUer) meant with the red-baiting stuff about 'communist parents', or the stuff about "she sleeps with him", or the incorrect claim that she'd get to see classified stuff.
