The so-called 'Three Percenters' who have taken it upon themselves to guard the perimeter of the Al and Peggy Bundy compound in Oregon have gained the attention of the Southern Poverty Law Center for their prior activities and appear primed to become security forces for Donald Trump:
An Idaho militia group protested the arrival of Syrian refugees by issuing dark warnings based on anti-Muslim conspiracy theories.
The III% Idaho group rallied Monday outside the statehouse in Boise, where about 100 anti-government activists, many wearing flak jackets and other armor, waved American flags and banners promoting their pro-gun militia group, reported Hatewatch.
This isnt some made-up crap were spewing out here, like theyre leading you to believe across the way, shouted Brandon Curtiss, president of the right-wing group.
Actually, made-up crap describes a lot of what the III% Idaho group is spewing.

(60,010 posts)because having two heavily armed, completely unaccountable "militias" composed of paranoid extreme right wingers illegally occupying land in their community is obviously much, much safer than when there was just the one heavily armed, completely unaccountable "militia" composed of paranoid extreme right wingers.
Now if we could just bring in 3 or 4 more heavily armed, completely unaccountable "militias" composed of paranoid extreme right wingers, then I'm sure the community would feel really, really safe.
