I am not that person unfortunately. Even if it cost 50 million, you'd still get 650 million or more.

But it's still a risk.

So you would need roughly 600 million to guarantee a win. If you get 3 winners this drawing you're screwed after splitting the prize and taxes.

The tickets cost $2 each.
So you lose money.
And someone could also have the same number and then you split the winnings.
