When told by a reported that he had made the enemies list, Newman said, "I'll be sending Gordon Liddy to accept the award in my behalf."

(50,986 posts)a long period, and there's just an awful lot to like.
Women and minorities do a lot better in Redford-associated films than in many other Hollywood studio pics.
And Sneakers was terrific fun.

(50,986 posts)video clip a look. It is really exceptional.
Redford rarely undertakes a project unless it stands a chance to inspire people to think more, feel more, and find value in what's around them -- whether it is the beauty in a landscape or in each other.
Kick.

(29,414 posts)I'll still look for it. I may have to go alone as my friend with whom I go to movies may not want to see it. The 3D process affects him worse than me.
So, sometime in February...

(50,986 posts)The country is staggeringly beautiful in our national parks. I kind of liked this post by peacebird because it's put up for us while those dunderheads occupy a bird sanctuary in Oregon.
The beauty in parks that belongs to everybody isn't for those dunderheads to occupy.

The occupiers evidently feel that they're the primary profile in that sanctuary, that they're the biggest thing there.
Someone who comes in reverence to that beauty though would feel that he or she was very small versus the vastness of the wilderness.
The difference between those two attitudes is pretty huge.

Anyway, I'm also glad this thread was created. I'm going to write down the name of it and put that post-it on my monitor
