(15,429 posts)Nobody will have standing to bring such a case before the SCOTUS.
Of the hundreds of lawsuits brought against Obama over eligibility, every last one of them was thrown out due to a lack of standing.
The SCOTUS has pretty much let this become a political question rather than a legal question.

(15,429 posts)No court in the land was willing to say beyond a reasonable legal doubt that Barack Obama was eligible to be president.
The constitution is clear, the branch of government with the power to determine eligibility is the legislative branch. The judicial branch will have nothing to do with the question.
