He had Christopher Hill on, as well as Bill Richardson.
I think they are both ambassador-rank.

He seems like a very smart man. He thinks the NK have embarrassed the Chinese with their nuclear shenanigans. Todd made an interesting comment talking about Trump and Cruz. He said, "As a Democrat, I think Cruz is more dangerous than Trump."
