There is an issue with cutting the power. Once they do so, all of the plumbing in the compound will freeze and be damaged. That means a costly replacement and potential water damage.
I'm sure attorneys are working with the FBI to insure they understand the consequences and how the occupiers must be charged once they have cut the power as all damage can be placed at the feet of the terrorists.
IF there is any justice, these people may spend decades in federal prison.

Put a perimeter guard around the place, make sure nothing gets in or out, cut off the power, cut off the heat, cut off the water, cut off their food, and see how long they last. Give them a choice: surrender and face federal terrorism charges with decades of prison time, or freeze and starve.
