I think the creator is the one who needs help. Only an idiot trusts blindly when the people she's trusting have already shown they don't care one whit about her.

No, I don't think that's the intent, but if you're dumb enough to trust anyone in Government, well...

No, the mentally ill position is that a government official would not use government policy to further their own goals, ideological or otherwise. It isn't PARANOID to suspect that it could happen because such things have happened before, and it is the sign of an enlightened mind to entertain an idea without endorsing it. Now, to be PERFECTLY clear (again), I don't think that's what is happening at all. However, one must acknowledge that the pic is highly misleading, as it implies (and your brain MOST CERTAINLY picks up) the hidden message that it would be impossible. There's no humor without that assumption.

I hope that clears it up!
