it's certainly not that simple... I certainly see a lot more BS on Facebook and Twitter than I do in say, Harpers or The Guardian... but then again The Guardian is so vacuous and pithy and short form that context is not really something it can ever hope to give readers...
Anyway... there's no such thing as a perfect medium... read widely and you might get some idea of what's really going on...

(67,112 posts)5. It is, isn't it. There are so many twists and turns, and convolutions. I often come to DU to find
out what's going on. What is amazing is often the opposite news one sometimes gets on MSM in their rush to get it out the door first. Yep, I'm aware of some of the PR sites/firms.
