I'm drinking organic!

Oh yeah!

Now before anyone gets all wound up, let me explain.

I love eggnog.

And our local grocery had quarts of Horizon Organic eggnog, 1/2 off in price.
It was the only eggnog they had left.

So I bought 2 quarts.

Since the taste comes from aldehydes and ketones, and the buzz comes from ethyl alcohol, all rum is organic. At least based in organic chemistry. (Sorry, couldn't resist. My advanced degree in chemistry is in organic mechanisms. It's a perfect set up for a geek like me.)

I have to agree with you that all liquid refreshment except water are organic in one sense.

Not surprisingly with the added starch and gum.

Real eggnog has eggs, dairy, sugar, spices, and preferably bourbon.

to separate out the molasses, its not going to have pesticides or anything in it but sugar. There is no chemical difference between it and the "unorganic" sugar you can buy at the grocery store.

I have not seen their eggnog here.

This is what I drink. The omega-3 is not from fish, it is plant based:

Reduced Fat Milk with DHA Omega-3 Treat your family to the goodness of Horizon® organic milk, with the added benefit of 32 mg of DHA Omega-3 per serving. DHA Omega-3 is a valuable nutrient that may help support the brain, heart and eyes. Available in half gallons.

Check this out:

I weep for some of the reviewers though.

Also, just to make things stupider, this is unrefined rock salt, which will actually have MORE "chemicals" in it than most table salts. Lots of iron, other metals, like arsenic, etc.
