Too many good, intelligent folks out there haven't a clue as to what TPP is.
(So far, looks like Mission Accomplished for the corporate media).

I sat at a table of about a dozen retired educators the other day, and I was the only one who knew anything about TPP. When I described it, I got some strange, puzzled looks.
Honestly, that creeped me out.

We've got to help get the message out.

Please use this thread as a gathering-place for as many anti-TPP memes
as can be found online.

Concise articles with the same message are good too.

5. I whole heartily agree with you

But once the TPA passed we were fucked. The TPA is where this whole thing should have been stopped. Unfortunately that was rammed down our throats with a fucking freight train going 500 mph with many once loyal D's voting for it. I believe now all it needs is a simple majority in both the House and Senate.

I saw "The Big Short" tonight, and it was excellent.

But I couldn't help thinking,
in 10 years or so, are we going to be seeing a movie about
how trade deals like TPP destroyed the world economy?

Extremely possible, even likely, IMO.

(Unless the financial elites have such total control of society by then that they forbid
such a film).
