Anybody else? HELP! DU keeps locking up for me.

Then I get a pop up box at the bottom of my screen saying that DU is not responding due to a long running script. I click on a button that says Stop Script - it works for a while and then the same thing happens again.. and again.. Been having this problem since shortly after the new server was installed. Can anyone help me? I click on a post and then try to hit the back button and it just locks up. What is the "long running script"? Never had this happen before..

I've tried other sites and they seem to work OK - just DU that is locking up.

5. Bad browser to use and surf. It frequently bugs out.

Better than Exploder. In any case, Chrome is really streamlined and very nice to use, and it's the browser I use.

Yeah I know IE is not the best but it is the one that I know and since it doesn't seem to happen on other sites, well I am confused. I am currently downloading some "optional" updates (the important ones are done automatically). Don't know if these will help but I am beyond frustrated. I need my DU!!!!

3. Check for browser updates and try disabling Adobe

7. You might need to conduct

a disk clean-up. It only takes a couple minutes and is really easy. I do it at least once a day, you can pisk up a lot of errant crap online, and as others said, check for updates for your browser.
