Ted Cruz doesn't have a "schlong" problem

I just saw on MSNBC that Cruz wouldn't condemn Trump's "schlonged" remark.

No, this isn't breaking news. There is nothing, absolutely nothing, that Trump can do that Cruz will criticize. He "KNOWS" that at some point, Trump will fall and he (Cruz) will inherit the vote of the crazies.

And this makes Cruz just as bad as Trump. He's aiding and abetting one of the most horrible candidates (and one of the most horrible human beings) this country has produced in a long time.

If you think Trump is a threat to our country, be very afraid of Cruz. He's far more likely to end up with the Republican nomination.

1. Of all the things out of tRump's mouth, the schlong comment is not terribly offensive.

To me it's the same as getting "boned", "screwed", or "fucked" or "dicked over". Wrong to say and vulgar, but yeah, I laughed. The nuclear triad comments by his spokeswoman? Now that is frightening.

This is just typical NYC talk. It's harsh, but this kind of language is pretty much par for the course in business, by men or women.

Among lawyers, cops, etc., this is downright tame.

While the original meaning was probably obscene, it's use today has nothing to do with sexism or the underlying meaning of the word.

2. Agreed. If Trump goes down, we will get either Theocrat Cruz or My Bosses Credit Card Rubio

Both are ideologues who are even more destructive than trump.

He is the perfect expression of the dark side of the Republican party.

I worry about Cruz as VP.

12. Cruz is no theocrat

He's far too smart and clever. And dangerous. He just uses them.

He's pretty much a true-believer capital C Jacksonian Conservative with a bit of populist --Laissez-faire economics, small/powerless government, borderline libertarian, pro-gun, limit immigration, etc.

It's a utopia for those who are able to to compete. And Hell for those who will be crushed underfoot.

Americans realize how truly dangerous Cruz is. He's a fundie and he doesn't give a rat's ass about what anyone else thinks. Imagine him with access to our nuclear arsenal. That would make it hard to sleep at night.

Trump will make deals based on whatever it is going on in his brain at the time; Cruz is hard, hard right.

I keep sayin' this, and it's good to have at least one tv talking head say it out loud.
