Man calls 911 for rolling papers, is busted

WAYNESBORO, Va. - A Waynesboro, Va., man called 911 Thursday morning asking for drug paraphernalia, according to police.

Kyle Dustin Head, 24, was allegedly under the influence of a marijuana when he called 911 and asked the responder for rolling papers.

The 911 operator then sent two officers to Head's location. According to police, he was sitting in a parked 2005 Chevrolet pickup truck with a strong odor of marijuana coming from it.

The officers also noticed the green leafy substance on Head's clothing, the dash board of his truck, the passenger seat and in his right ear, police said.
