Who is your pick for the worst governor in the country?

Apparently, I am no longer allowed to post a poll. I haven't tried in years, but I guess at some point they changed it so that only star members can still do that. So I'll just ask everyone to post their answer.

Here are a few recommendations:

Rick Scott of Florida
Bruce Rauner of Illinois
Mike Pence of Indiana
Sam Brownback of Kansas
Bobby Jindal of Lousiana
Paul LePage of Maine
Rick Snyder of Michigan
Chris Christie of New Jersey
Greg Abbott of Texas
Scott Walker of Wisconsin

What say you, DUers? Who is the worst of the worst?

He is making it very hard to live here. It is going to get worse since he has doubled down on the budget. We will be lucky if we have anything left. Wish we could actually use Obama care. I had two choices and both raised my rates by $300.00 a month since my company before this left the state. Still we are luckier than many. The state is dying.

Second and possibly tied for first would be Rick Snyder. I was so happy to hear TRMS talk about him again.

Sample (grrrrrrr): http://bangordailynews.com/2015/09/16/politics/lepage-seeks-ban-on-food-stamps-for-mainers-with-5000-in-assets/

LePage seeks ban on food stamps for Mainers with $5,000 in assets

The assets to be counted if the new rule is applied include bank account balances, snowmobiles, boats, motorcycles, jet skis, all-terrain vehicles, recreational vehicles, campers and other valuable assets, according to a news release. The $5,000 asset test, which is defined in a federal law but has been waived in Maine in recent years, will not include the value of a home or a household’s primary vehicle.

So, if you make your money cutting wood for someone, and you get to your job on an ATV or a skidoo, you're screwed. A lot of people who live deep in the woods use these things to get out to the road when the snow is thick and deep, too. I can't believe he's being such an asshole. He really HATES poor people--and that's a good chunk of his state. Those folks need to be motivated to vote!
