if he is the nominee, Skinner can read your mind that you are not serious, but Manny who has only done this once,Skinner can read his mind that he is and that is why you are still here and he is banned.

Anyone enlisting in the military is asked, have ever thought about suicide?

It is hard to believe that hundreds of thousands of young adults answer that question with a "no". Should they be discharged?

I will make it simple. it means you agree to the Terms of Service of that site. If you don't agree to those terms then you don't join the site

This has NOTHING to do with a loyalty oath

No one forces you to be a user on a site, but if you want to be a user, then you agree to the TOS, otherwise you don't become a user.

This really isn't rocket science

Bernie if he is the nominee and they spend lots of time asserting reasons not to. One of them did the exact same thing in 08, 'I would die before I vote for that fake Barrrack, he can't win, he's not a Democrat, waste of a nomination, won't do it' and that person is posting the same material aimed at Bernie.
So I love the rules, but only if they are justly and equally enforced.

If you are noting an unfairness in something specific then you should PM the admins and state your grievance. If you want it public go to AskTheAdmins if you believe things aren't being dealt with fairly.

And stop taking the events of a discussion board to their soul when they don't like something said about their candidate.

Who should we ban? Republicans. That's it. The admins and the newbies have begun eating their own.

since the primaries are not over. For the record, this surprises me in the least. I have been here since Moses and I expect that ban myself over the most flimsy of excuse.

And I suppose that will be the extent of what I say about it.

They may get a timeout if they get too many hides from juries, but that is temporary.

There is one person in particular who likes to invade people's space by sending PMs. They've been alerted on and to my knowledge ther has been no consequence of their action.

The admins made the rules, they get to enforce them. Whether you believe that's appropriate or just does not matter two hoots.
I will miss Manny, but "No one reads the TOS" won't bring him back.
