Camille Cosby receives subpoena

CNN story here

From the article:

An attorney for the seven women has subpoenaed Camille Cosby to be deposed on January 6 in Springfield, Massachusetts.

In return, Cosby's attorneys filed papers in a federal court in the same state Friday, saying Camille Cosby should not have to give a deposition because she has no "first-hand knowledge" of the women's claims.

I looked at some Mass law and found that there is no marital testimony privilege in civil cases, only criminal cases.

Frankly, I fee sorry for his wife and I don't like game playing like this.
