A MILLIONAIRE businessman has been found not guilty of rape after claiming he accidentally penetrated her when he tripped and fell.

AABCD goes on to note: "I'm so relived to know that billionaires, and yes, even millionaires are still free to walk naked, with erections, around prone sleeping clothed and covered teenagers, and not have to worry about false charges just because they were stumbling drunk or left their roller skates or ball bearing collection out on the floor."

the difference between prone and supine and in this case prone is MUCH worse...

I read your OP and your synopsis of the outcome was so well written I assumed it was a direct quote from the article and contained the common prone/supine error and so I used it as a chance to correct it with snark...I did not realize you had written it-if I did feel the need to correct a fellow board member I would PM and this time I didn't fully check the source. Sorry.

... Joke for years. But the article looks legit. If it is a satire site, it got me.

How does this happen? There has to be more to the story. Otherwise this is the most incompetent prosecutor in the UK, or the jury was bought off. I might at least understand if it were a case of "she consented" vs "no I didnt" - that becomes an evidentiary issue that the jury is compelled to determine one way or the other.

But actually claiming you fell and your penis went into her vagina? Come on.
