I was NOT going to watch as I have refrained all the other childish shouting matches, but my friend wanted to try watching and wanted me to join him since we have very long, in depth political conversation regularly. But we had to have alcohol to get through it.

After all of that, I wish I had stayed home. Not only do I not do alcohol well, I have a headache now too.

I had to endure it only as long as it took me to microwave my dinner. eat it hurriedly, and passing through in/out a few times. It was brutal to endure.

All I remember it was just a lot of pontificating blowhards falling over themselves to sound like who is the biggest warmonger. Isis this, Isis that. Poor Israel.

I was actually surprised to hear Donald Trump (about Iraq) and Rand Paul (absolutely shredded Christie about Putin) make a couple of statements that I agreed with.

We laughed our asses off at the rest of it, though. I swear, you could put all those Republican candidates through a blender, and mash 'em all up together, and still not fashion one decent candidate.

What makes it worse is that they are so afraid to confront each other on issues because they think its more important to appear to be united against repukes.
