"on demand" later.
Also the day before and the day of the next episode which is next Tuesday they'll show the re-run of it just before it comes on.
They are going a whole new direction.

I am looking at it now but it is a repeat from two weeks ago/maybe last weeks. This is the one where the remote vehicle searches 10X. I read the description online and thought I had seen it so i did not watch. But the DVR one from today is a repeat for me.

the causeway a car full of college kids arrived wearing pirate hats. Seems they got the bug one evening in New Brunswick, hopped in their car and drove to the island. They made pirate hats out of newspaper I think. I'm sure there is nothing to find at the bottom of the money pit. But I enjoy the journey. Lived in Nova Scotia twice in my life. Love it and the people.

I found it interesting and who knows, I am open to all of it and attached to none of it. It's a good history lesson anyway. Sure seems like something of great value was placed there back around the 1500's. I still got my hopes of them finding the Ark of the Covenant, and yet I would settle for a Mayan treasure as well.

The money is in the commercial advertising that runs during the show.

The show itself is another adult version of Bob the Builder.

I started watching it last year - briefly - and was quickly bored to death. This year I tried again, but all they seem to do is drill holes. I thought reality TV was missing an opportunity to have a show featuring a well drilling company with the suspense being "will they hit water????? - tune in next week."
