I knew it was a good sign when I finished it this morning...

had all weekend to tweak it and then VOILA, back comes DU...

...but I had a huge fight over at DI. It was about abortion...so glad the idiot I was tangling with isn't on DU (or if he is, I have put him on Ignore). That crowd over there I just don't understand...

now, if someone could please come and take my shingles pain away, I would appreciate it...I can't get through to my doctors, one of whom was supposed to squeeze me in today but I have heard NOTHING so far...

3. I had forgotten about your shingles and I apologize.

I had a shingles outbreak some years back but fortunately it was confined to just around my waist and did not last too long. I remember it was really painful and almost no way to get comfortable. It's been a while and do not remember what the doctor prescribed for me. I do remember the pain.
My best to you and I hope your doctor can provide some relief for the pain and get rid of the damn things.

4. oh,m don't apologize...I'm the whiner here. It's going into its 6th week and I

dreamed last night that it was slowly leaving my body...but then I woke up to the inevitable pain. Plain tylenol and ibuprofen just don't work and I am running out of percoset (I've been breaking them in half to win some time before I see a specialist or lose my mind).

The only thing left in my house is some Chardonney and some cold packs in the freezer.

The good news is that my lower back pain has vanished...leaving me to wonder if the two were somehow related...

as for the art essay, it served as a form of therapy for me and I am so grateful. Nerve pain is nerve wracking to say the least and you have to have some way to keep your mind off of it...
