The only way to reverse the trend globally is to start reversing the trend locally.

That whatever cognitive flexibility gave humans an advantage over other species, is not sustainable in the long run. In other words, insects and other animals who will survive this, are proving to have better long-term adaptation strategies, as species.

Wars, disease, famine, etc. That is the brutal truth. So will a lot of animals. But in the meantime the fossil fuel owners will rake in lots of loot.
