For the record nearly every weapon used in the non-stop slaughter of people in Jamaica comes from the US - because there is no attempt to prevent the export of death. Governments around the globe are forced to prevent drugs entering the US while US guns flood the globe.

Wake the fugg up!

They have to try and infiltrate the entire world, even where gun laws restrict such.

At least 7 of them came from Serbia. It appears that one made its way from Serbia, where it was manufactured, to the US, where it was sold and then exported - perhaps illegally, perhaps not - to Europe. How is that the NRA's fault?

The NRA blocks EVERY attempt to institute sensible regulations on the sale of firearms. For the record, I've been a gun owner for more than 50 years.

The proliferation of firearms originating in the US is a matter of record, and the NRA is DIRECTLY responsible for the fact that there is far too little regulation on international arms transactions. The NRA is DIRECTLY responsible for the fact that Congress has forbidden federal funds to finance research into gun deaths. The NRA is DIRECTLY responsible for the fact that a bill to mandate the inclusion of tiny ID tags in explosives to enable tracking their source was voted down in Congress! For Christ's sake, the NRA is DIRECTLY responsible for the fact that lying psychopaths harassed and threatened the grieving parents of Sandy Hook, calling it a "False Flag Operation." The NRA is DIRECTLY responsible for the fact that unhinged losers with little weenies can get an assault rifle more easily than they can get a driver's license.

And universal background checks and closing gun show loopholes are just common sense, but then, common sense is a foreign concept to those who regurgitate Wayne LaPierre's lies. And the asinine contention that it would lead to gun seizures is total horseshit.

The asshole Republicans in Congress just voted down a bill that would restrict the sale of guns to anyone on a no-fly list. What sane human being could find fault with that idea?

The NRA was once a sportsman's organization that advocated for responsible firearms regulation. Then Wayne LaPierre perverted it. One of his pet phrases has been, "The guys with the guns make the rules!"

I strongly suspect that is about to change.

I've had discussions with libertarians about "freedom of speech issues" about being able to say anything you please, true or not. My contention is that's fine... But you are libel for anything that your speech causes. Yelling fire in a crowded theater and causing someone death or injury you should be held responsible for your actions. The NRA fits this to a "T".

not a thing. Other than claiming everybody ought to own one because everyone else owns one? Not a thing. Other than lobbying Congress to keep the loopholes open so that anyone can buy one in a Texas gun show without any sort of filtering for the mentally ill, criminal or extreme? Not a thing.

They don't have to hand a specific weapon to a specific bad actor be morally responsible. They are extremist and they encourage extremism. The lack of controls they lobby for in opposition of the will of the majority of this nation facilitates terrorism foreign and domestic.

And it boomerangs here in the US. Every time some domestic terrorist shoots up an abortion clinic or school, gun sales goes up and we have NRA paid whackos in Congress proposing more extreme gun "freedoms" like arming teachers, allowing students to pack n campus and more guns get sold to both the fearful and the extreme.

Don't you think "American" gunman shadowing Muslim US citizens in this country is terrorism? Don't you think the gun laws in this country lobbied for by the NRA facilitated that Serbian made AK47 bought in Miami make its way into the terrorist hands that used it in France?

The only two reasons a Serbian AK47 purchased in Paris won't be used for terrorism here in the US is that French law won't allow for the purchase in France and NRA lobbied laws make it very easy to buy it here regardless of the availability of AKs in France.

Yes, the NRA supports and abets terrorism. Here and elsewhere: specifically Paris.
