...if Enrique Marquez was the third shooter. Has there been anything reported that could point to this?

The FBI has confirmed that it is them searching a pond about 10 minutes from Marquez's house.

but yeah, I think there was a third shooter. They had hours between the shooting and the botched getaway. There was plenty of time for a third shooter to skedaddle while the loving couple pottered around and tied up a few loose ends.

that none of the witnesses mentioned a female. The family lawyers say she was only 90 lbs.

Most people see the gun more than anything. Their minds fill in blanks after the crisis. Women rarely commit these crimes; maybe they thought they saw a teenage boy; maybe her "tactical gear" made her look bigger; maybe she didn't weigh 90 pounds.

7. Seems like he sang like a canary

to the point of generating future charges against him. Interesting about the lake though.

I think it's worse. I think there is some kind of cell and they will have a tough time catching the others who went in and out of the house. Also, they've had no luck finding out who he texted 109 times the day before the attack. That person was in the ME I think.
