Here’s The Insane Gun-Themed Family Christmas Card A Nevada GOPer Sent Out To Voters

Need proof that some people really do love guns more than people? A Nevada Republican seems to think her firearms are part of her family.

In a Christmas card sent out to her followers on Facebook, Nevada state assemblywoman Michele Fiore made sure to arm her entire family – including her young son – with an assortment of lethal weapons. Helpfully, she even included a description of each weapon in the top left corner.

How is this any of our business? If that's how they want to send their Christmas cards, then more power to them, it doesn't affect me, you, or anyone else here.

Notice they are into gun safety and gave weapons holstered or fingers away from any triggers and pointed in a safe direction.

And if she wants to make a public statement on it, it's well within our rights to comment on it.

Including making comments on how it's creepy, and speaks towards the glorification of guns, and contradicts the message of peace conveyed in the Christmas season, and that it's disturbing that she includes young children in all of it, and that had this family been black or Hispanic or Muslim all the people heaping praise on her on Facebook would probably not be doing it, and given that Ms. Fiore recently made comments about wanting to shoot Syrian refugees (no, really!) it just adds to the complete ick factor of it all.

You know, those type of comments.

Oh, and also that the dude on the far right looks like his head was photo shopped on. Kind of looks like one of those things at the fair where you stick your head through a hole in a picture of a bodybuilder. (But that one's kind of a shallow comment, I'll admit.)

Guns as a tool like a fire extinguisher that protects you life or family. If some idiotic family sent xmas cards out holding fire extinguishers i would think that was odd too.

Those idiots are why people think gun owners are nuts. It does not help the gun cause any more than idiots open carrying just to shove it in someones face.

A gun is a tool, not an object to obsess about.

It is our business, regardless of how you rationalize it otherwise; an elected official sent a publicly available message en-masse to her constituents and followers. It is in fact, a mass mailer from a representative. Indeed, it begs the question, 'what specifically leads you to allege it is none of our business?'

Gun nut, just -in-general-sociopathic-nut...this woman is a horrible, monstrous human being.

“I am not OK with Syrian refugees,” Republican Assemblywoman Michele Fiore said late last month on her weekly Las Vegas radio show. “I’m not OK with terrorists. I’m OK with putting them down, blacking them out, just put a piece of brass in their ocular cavity and end their miserable life. I’m good with that.”

This family obviously doesn't understand what the Christ in Christmas stands for.
There is no Peace in their message, only more mistrust and hate. As if we need more of that.
Do they get royalties from the gun manufactures for that card?

Nevada lawmaker, Michele Fiore, sparked outrage by saying she is “not ok with Syrian refugees” and is ready to pull the trigger. Сommunity members accused her of inciting hatred and launched a petition seeking her resignation.
During her weekly Las Vegas radio show “Walk the Talk with Michele Fiore”, the lawmaker was asked why she didn't sign up to her fellow Republican assemblymen’s letter. It was issued after the terrorist attacks in Paris and supported a review of refugee resettlement programs. Fiore said she remained opposed to accepting refugees.

“I’m about to fly to Paris and shoot ‘em in the head myself. I am not OK with Syrian refugees. I’m not OK with terrorists.”

Her rant went on: “I’m OK with putting them down, blacking them out, just put a piece of brass in their ocular cavity and end their miserable life. I’m good with that.”

Her remarks outraged the local community, with a petition calling for her resignation. “Her recent comments regarding the slaughtering of Syrian Refugees is hate speech and she should not be an Assembly Woman in our state. Nevada is embarrassed by her continued, hateful, racist and downright evil remarks,” the statement on Change.org said.
