“We as a nation are under attack,”

Oklahoma sheriff asking all eligible citizens to bear arms.

STEPHENS COUNTY, Okla. – An Oklahoma sheriff is asking all citizens who are eligible to carry a weapon following the recent attack in San Bernardino.

Authorities say Syed Rizwan Farook and his wife, Tashfeen Malik, stormed into a holiday luncheon for his co-workers and callously opened fire, killing 14 people before dying in a shootout with police.

On Monday night, Stephens County Sheriff Wayne McKinney posted a message to citizens on Facebook, saying the nation is under attack.

“In the wake of the recent attack on Americans in California, it is evident that we as a nation are under attack by radical Islamic terrorists. These people have vowed under their religion to destroy all who do not follow their beliefs. Radical Islam has openly declared war on us and has vowed to attack us here – on our soil- and they are here with more coming.

into the air. You know, warning shots. That way the terrorists know how armed we are.

I don't know why McKinney is so soft on terror, but I assure you the American people know the value of having firearms and of shooting them off regularly to frighten away Muslims.

This “three-decade war for domination of the Middle East” becomes apparent when we consider how many Muslim countries the peace-loving United States and her “stalwart ally” Israel have bombed:...

Under Barack Obama, the U.S. is currently bombing Afghanistan, Iraq, Pakistan, Yemen, Somalia, and Libya. According to some reports, we can add Iran to this ever-expanding list. [Update: An Informed Comment reader named Shannon pointed out that in fact the United States bombed Iran in 1988 during Operating Praying Mantis, an act that “cannot be justified” according to the International Court of Justice.]

Thanks to American arms and funding, our “stalwart ally” Israel has bombed every single one of its neighbors, including Palestine, Lebanon, Syria, Jordan, and Egypt. Israel has also bombed Tunisia and Iraq (how many times can Americans and Israelis bomb this country?).

The total number of Muslim countries that America and Israel have bombed comes to fourteen: Afghanistan, Iraq, Pakistan, Yemen, Somalia, Libya, Iran, Sudan, Palestine, Lebanon, Syria, Jordan, Egypt, and Tunisia.
