Months ago, I raised a suspicion that I think is ...

About to be realized ... Trump is monetizin the Presidency.

I wrote that trump would pull out of the race ... for a price. Looking at the polling, trump is in a perfect spot ... 68% of his supporters poll as voting for him in a 3rd party run, if he doesn't get the gop nomination.

And it'll take Super-PAC money to get him out.

And I, honestly, don't know how I feel about that. On the one hand, that would be highly unlawful; but, on the other hand, I don't trust the American electorate to not elect trump, should he remain in the gop race.

of Cruz, Rubio and the rest were so dangerous to the economy and human race, that something had to be done to guarantee Hillary in the WH.

Bernie could change all that, but either way I believe Trump is a criminal, a greedy prick and a total asshole, but not an idiot

But either way, if Bill got him to run, it would be one of the greatest political moves in American history. If not the greatest.

I refuse to believe Trump is falling on his sword to destroy the Republican party.

Obama and Clinton before him keep, along with others, including cons, a healthy capitalist society going, with no major shakeups like overturning Roe or attacking Russia, etc.

Trump is a criminal, a liar, and the most ungracious prick that ever lived.

But he isnt an idiot.

He says things he KNOWS will make all decent people crazy, it is all part of a well orchestrated performance art with a very important purpose.

...after they create artificial depression, and depressions are more common under Republicans. Your argument is objectively false.

Trump would completely crash the economy so he could have a good old boy fire sale on the backs of the American people.

What if something happened to the Dem nominee at the last minute (health issue, scandal)? What if Trump, et al rigged the election? What if there was a big terrorist attack and his racist rhetoric suddenly gained wider appeal?

Having Trump be the nominee is just too close to a catastrophic win for me to sleep nights if it happened.

sorely underestimating the numbers of that voting block.

Add the registered republicans who despise everything Clinton, and will come out in force just to vote against HRC.

I thought we were safe from Bush... I'll never again think common sense will win an election.
