F.B.I Treating San Bernardino Attack as Counterterrorism Investigation

The F.B.I. is treating its inquiry into the massacre here as a counter-terrorism investigation, two law enforcement officials said Thursday, based on materials the suspects stockpiled — including explosives — their Middle East travels and evidence that one of them had been in touch with people with Islamist extremist views, both in the United States and abroad.

Law enforcement officials said Thursday that the couple had thousands of rounds of ammunition in their home as well as 12 pipe bombs.

As the common term says, the situation is always "fluid" until there is enough time to gather accurate info.
The first few hours, even days, are focusing on catching/tracking down the shooters.
takes awhile for the picture to fill in completely and accurately.

Having said that, it does seem a disgruntled employee 'storming our of the party" does not fit the planning it took for this shooting.

In Chicago it took a year before anything was done about a killer cop putting 16 rounds into a black teenager...where were all of the "officials" and "sources" for that crime?

But in this case, which is barely 24 hours old...information from "sources" makes this look like leak city!!!
