...today it seems there were only two. Yesterday there was a gunman that rolled out of the car and had been apprehended. Now there is zero talk of the third gunman rolling from the car. What happened? I find this hard to comprehend.
The fact that the media said the individual that rolled from the car was apprehended makes me wonder who picked this individual up and why is there no further discussion about it.

(26,060 posts)they shot this husband and wife as patsies? What about the witnesses - several of whom I saw interviewed last night - that did call the shooter dark skinned. Are we to ignore them or just take what people hear in the first few hours of a rapidly moving situation as gospel?

(11,076 posts)...one has to wonder. We have had so many white shooters and some in this country have been needing a shooter to be nonwhite. This thing is pretty messy all the way around yet so convenient in the end.

(9,034 posts)I try not to watch or listen to the "Breaking News" crap as it is often wrong and just filling time.
Wait a day or more for the "truth" to emerge, and I use the term "truth" with trepidation.

(11,076 posts)... But yesterday I did because footage tends to disappear and all eyes matter. In the past witnesses have turned out to be associates of political figures.
Ballistics will tell how many guns were shot. The fact that the police weren't there will make that job easy.

I know, it's not the American, Internet way, but I find I lie less when I do that.
The abject sensationalism that passes for journalism these days really sucks.
