Republican presidential candidate Mike Huckabee declared on Sunday that the Colorado gunman who killed three people and injured nine was a domestic terrorist, and that what he did was wrong — just like Planned Parenthood’s abortion services.

During an interview on CNN, host Brianna Keilar pointed out that the shooter had seemed to reference a controversy over Planned Parenthood videos that had been hyped by abortion foes in recent months...

After adding that the shooter had committed mass murder, Huckabee took a shot at Planned Parenthood for performing abortions.

“There is no excuse for killing other people whether it’s happening inside the Planned Parenthood headquarters, inside their clinics where many millions of babies die or whether it’s people attacking Planned Parenthood,” he opined. “We ought to value life. Every life truly does have worth and value.”

"We're not going to have the kind of language that you heard from John Kerry where he talked about legitimizing or rationalizing terrorist actions," Huckabee said. "There's no legitimizing, there's no rationalizing. It was mass murder. It was absolutely unfathomable. I guess he's making a veiled attempt at saying it would have also been wrong if the shooter had been killed or that someone killing people at a PP facility shouldn't be killed [even in self defense] apparently. The guy killed one and wounded four other cops but...

ETA: Not to minimize the tragedy of the other victims but usually cop killers get extra attention.

Simply amazing this shit goes unchallenged in most places.
