Minnesota NAACP leader shocks CNN: Police are ‘behind’ the Black Lives Matter shooting

http://www.rawstory.com/2015/11/minnesota-naacp-leader-shocks-cnn-police-are-behind-the-black-lives-matter-shooting/

Raeisha Williams, communications chair of the Minneapolis NAACP, told CNN that members of law enforcement were “behind” the Monday night shooting of Black Lives Matter protesters....

“We’re hearing two (arrests) at this time,” Williams explained. “But we don’t necessarily trust that. We know that the police department is behind this, this is our personal belief after receiving witness accounts.”

“Wait, wait, wait,” Baldwin interrupted. “You said you believe the police department is behind what?”

“We believe the police department is facilitating the injustice, bullying the protesters,” Williams replied. “And we also believe that they’re involved in this shooting. We know from blackboards and chat rooms and also videos that we have posted on our website that police that are from different counties, police from different districts have come down to entice the protesters, have come down to bully the protesters.”

A serious, peaceful, disciplined and well-attended protest is a GOOD thing.

This isn't, unless there is proof to be put on the table. If there is, let's see it and get to the bottom of it.

Did you not see all the YouTube footage of Oakland police pretending to be protestors and inciting violence? These are essentially criminal gangs and terrorists. Im glad where I live the cops dont act like this.

This wouldn't be a surprising outcome after all the police department still haven't named 3 white men who are in custody or released their photos.

The department said police arrested a 23-year-old white male. Two additional white men ages 21 years old and 26 years old turned themselves in and are being questioned.

If you watch the Minneapolis video of the shooters milling around before they opened fire it looks like they are covering each other's backs similar to the undercover cops in Pittsburgh

These guys just voluntarily turned themselves in and disappeared into the system.

...have not received an update from Loretta Lynch on the minute by minute status of three folks in an active investigation does not mean that they 'disappeared' into the system by some evil malevolent hand.

What exactly would someone look like who wasn't 'disappeared'? Live stream webcam into their cell? Minute by minute tweets from an approved activist staring at him?

Or maybe you're in on the conspiracy too and are just trying to throw us off the scent!

Who are you trying to protect?!

They should be charged with terrorism charges. They get away with everything from spying on your private lives, to killing small dogs to murdering anyone they disagree with. Power concedes nothing without demand.

Minneapolis police said Tuesday that they have arrested three men in connection with the shooting. Allen Lawrence “Lance” Scarsella III, 23, was arrested in Bloomington. Sources said Nathan Gustavsson, 21, of Hermantown, and Daniel Macey, 26, of Pine City, were taken into custody after they turned themselves in. All three suspects are white. Earlier Tuesday, police arrested a 32-year-old Hispanic man in south Minneapolis, but he was later released because, police said, he was not at the scene of the shooting.

Authorities are weighing whether to treat Monday’s shooting as a hate crime, according to sources familiar with the investigation.

In a video message posted on Facebook, Mayor Betsy Hodges said she “abhors” Monday night’s violence and that “those attacks have no place in our city.”

Minneapolis Police Chief Janeé Harteau on Twitter called the officers “true professionals” and noted that “MPD worked nonstop through the night to bring justice in last night’s shooting.” She did not comment further on the shooting Tuesday.
