A couple of questions.
It's all funny now - but do these repeated impacts not endanger the integrity of the bridge? Several times you can see a train crossing when the trucks hit. It could be a major catastrophe if a train derailed! Not enough risk to lower the street?? WTF?
Second - how about at least an "If you hit this sign, you will hit that bridge" sign. How much could that cost?

That's what's giving these vehicles haircuts, not the bridge itself.

... government's practical joke. Jeez. You'd think the insurance industry would get together and pay for a fix. The cost of 93 crashes HAS to be more than digging out the road and regrading!
But I admit it is entertaining to watch.
