Agree with the poster above, speeding up the action during the cleanup phase was a nice bit of cinematography.

A couple of questions.

It's all funny now - but do these repeated impacts not endanger the integrity of the bridge? Several times you can see a train crossing when the trucks hit. It could be a major catastrophe if a train derailed! Not enough risk to lower the street?? WTF?

Second - how about at least an "If you hit this sign, you will hit that bridge" sign. How much could that cost?

9. After the first few hits, a huge steel girder was installed in front of the actual bridge structure.

... government's practical joke. Jeez. You'd think the insurance industry would get together and pay for a fix. The cost of 93 crashes HAS to be more than digging out the road and regrading!

But I admit it is entertaining to watch.
