2. They have false memory syndrome like Trump.

3. I wouldn't be surprised if people called radio stations on the night of the broadcast "War of the Worlds" to report they actually saw Martians walking up and down the street.

4. A certain segment of Trump supporters would agree with him just for the sake of agreeing with him.
