(75,480 posts)The hilarious part is that the thing that got their panties in a wad was that there were drinking parties in the day during office hours. I know that this isn't professional, but really to me it's the least offensive thing this committee has done.

Precedent says he can be sued.

(32,018 posts)Clinton was sued for acts before he became President. Article I, Section 6 covers members of Congress while they are in office. It says nothing about "official acts". Clinton was not in Congress. Sad you have not read the Constitution.
