That's the way Alex Wagner just said it, and that's the way it appeared in the closed caption. "Dumbled" proudly joins the list of words accidentally(?) invented in this political year.
Use it, tweet it, blog it -- it's too appropriate not to use it.

There should be a rule, though, that it can only be used when Trump is the one dumbling down. Well, at least until 2016 is settled.
