The common wisdom was that when the country is concerned about foreign policy

and boogeymen Republicans win. While when the concern is about domestic issues - Democrats win. See Clinton and Obama.

But earlier i half listened to her speech, and, boy, did Hillary looked and sounded presidential.

I cannot imagine Trump or Carson or - shudder - Cruz, making any sense on a similar stage. Bush might have been but, as Al Gore said in his movie: I am the one who was going to be the next president..

I think that the only Republican candidate who at least knows what he is talking about and is convincing is Lindsy Graham. But I think that he is now in negative territory.
