Not to get Black and Latino voters to vote for them (because they know they wont get much of that), but to make the white racists and bigots who make up the party feel like they arent the racists and bigots they are because hey, they are willing to vote for a Black person or Latino person.

They decide themselves individually. George bush got 45 percent Latino vote so I am sure Rubio and Cruz think they can to.

think they have no intention of actually nominating them for the Presidency. They run them to claim they are not racists, but when it comes down to it, the top office will not go to any Republican female or person of color.
