Remember when that French minister ranted vs that OLD Trump Tweet about arming Parisians?

Turns out, he was ahead of the curve.

For those of yall not recalling, after the Charlie Hebdo attack in January, Trump twittered some bullshit about shooting tragedies only happening in places with gun control laws. Cough bullshit cough. But never mind that. Trump wasn't a candidate yet.

Then, amid the chaos last weekend, French Ambassador Gérard Araud called Trump a vulture be because he thought it was a heartless response to theNovember attack. It was "repugnant in its lack of any human decency," he responded.

Only Trump's flacks pointed out that Trump's actual response on Friday was more diplomatic: "My prayers are with the victims and hostages in the horrible Paris attacks. May God be with you all." That's classy. But it's Trump, so the classy didn't last more than a couple of days.

Paris attack would have been different with more guns, says Donald Trump

BEAUMONT: Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump says the terror attacks in Paris would have been "a much, much different situation" had the victims been armed with guns.

And he says the United States is "insane" to accept any refugees from Syria in the wake of the attacks. Trump spoke yesterday at a rally in Beaumont, Texas.
