What happens when you put a cucumber behind a cat?
Some felines couldn't care less about the vegetable intrusion, but others leap high into the air when they see it. Videos of such encounters are going viral this week, as people try to see how their own pets respond.
But thats not good for the animals, experts warn.

OP
I will need to check and see if cats and cucumbers are actually real things like I think they are.

you know what they say about broken clocks.

I have a personal sense of anger about Murdoch buying National Geographic. I've subscribed on and off since I was a kid, and it really irks me that it was bought by a purveyor of garbage. I'm sorry for the hijack. I'll stop now.

(14,691 posts)7. s'ok - I didn't like Murdoch buying it either -
and I do think twice before clicking on their links. He turns everything he touches into crap.

(33,688 posts)3. My experience of cats - my cats anyway -
is that they occasionally attempted to levitate for no reason at all.
Cat sitting on kitchen floor, grooming whiskers, next second cat 3-4 feet in the air for no discernable reason. Cat then resumes grooming whiskers.
Leave yer cat alone.

But, it is not funny that he's frightened. Poor, kitty.
