Just heard this on BBC radio from Hanover police. Earlier reports of a truck bomb disguised as an ambulance or other emergency vehicle were false. This is buried in this updated story with a bad headline, hence my not placing this in LBN:

Other reports sparking response, such as an "abandoned suitcase," were all benign.
