Sarah Palin blames 2008 loss on John McCain...I think

“Well, it takes a team to win, so it takes a team to lose. I was part of a team that came in second outta two. So, yes, yeah, I mean, semantics, okay, words matter. You either win or you lose. We lost. That makes you not a winner. At that time.”

How could you tell what she thinks?

That interview was pure comedy gold given that she is irrelevant.

if you read the whole interview it's not nearly as bad as she usually comes off.

(Might have a lot to do with editing.)

The Wasilla Diva was inspirational. Even though I'd already been a committed Democrat for over a decade before Sara Palin was nominated as the Republican Party's candidate for Veep, the thought of Just one heartbeat separating her from the Presidency was enough to inspire me to vote Democratic.

There was one main glaring reason McCain lost that election. And that reason was The Snowbilly being allowed to speak. Sarah Palin being allowed a microphone did more damage to that campaign than McCain's age or the stench/aftermath of Bewsh The Dumber.

Incidentally, I'm not exactly sure WHAT Biden/Palin debate anyone else was watching . . . but she SUCKED. 90 minutes of sheer gas, non answers, non sequiturs, "rah rah 'murica" platitudes, more red herrings you could catch in a net, etc. That to me was one of the few dishonest moments in the movie, asserting that she hit it out of the park in the Biden debate.

but they REALLY shot themselves in the foot by picking Palin for VP (and we all dodged one helluva huge bullet). What I'll never understand is how/why she remained newsworthy/relevant/credible with the MSM and so many people for several years AFTERWARDS.

if he thought that she was the best person to have as second in command to take over for him should he die. They both contributed to their loss.

but the powers that be told him he couldn't have him. So Bill Kristol brought a party up to Alaska to interview Palin and thought she was the greatest thing since sliced bread. They brought her to Arizona to meet with McCain and he approved of her. The rest is history.
