But France has been funding and backing terrorists in the Middle east and North Africa. Not saying the French citizens deserve to be punished, but please let not pretend that they were doing nothing and all of a sudden were targets for attack.

when all you have is a hammer, everything looks like a nail. The west have so much Middle eastern blood on their hands, going about killing even more innocent civilians is totally with their character.

Very soon, the French Secretary of state would be heard saying "We can, we saw, he died"

there will be deaths due to terrorism.

Far less than from climate change, pollution, lack of access to health care, war, poverty.

Collateral damage.

surveillance of Americans and more loss of rights. We're too afraid of everything and the politicians, mostly Republicans but some Democrats, and media feed it because it sells. They prey on our basic instinct for survival and the fear of death. If we bomb and kill more terrorists, we'll win they say. Except for the fact that we've been fighting terrorism for decades and things have only gotten worse. Something about doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result.........

But she's been demonized in the MSM as a veritable fellow traveler for so many years that people forget. "After all", they think, "she was the mayor of San Francisco. . . She's gotta be a good leftie. . . "

She's NOT.

nothing about troops there does a thing to stop terrorist attacks here. They can still plan them and carry them out whether we have a single soldier there or 100000 of them. They made attacks in Madrid and London and Paris and others. The Tsarnaev brothers attacked without reference to any troops over there. It's just stupid. Warring does not stop terrorism. Try something else.
