We have streamlined intelligence gathering and sharing with France.
He reiterated the strategy agains isis, military, economic, and diplomatic.
He wants more nations to step up in effort against isil.
Wants a diplomatic solution in Syria-- new constitution, elections, cease fire. All countries agree on the process to end the war. US will remain relentless.
