Testimony against former police officer in Oklahoma City trial was delayed until accuser sobered up

An accuser in the sex crimes case against a fired Oklahoma City police officer was not allowed to continue testifying Friday for several hours because she tested positive for the illegal drugs PCP and marijuana.

“I'm not going to lie. Before I came here, I smoked some marijuana and a blunt stick laced with PCP,” the woman told jurors when she finally testified Friday afternoon.

“Are you high right now?” a defense attorney asked.

"No, I am not," she said.

The accuser alleges that then-officer Daniel Ken Holtzclaw touched her bare breasts and made her expose her genitals during the early months of 2014.
