Ben Carson helps "prove" Republicans aren't racists

Yeah, the polls are showing us that the bigot party isn't bigoted because "good ole' Ben" is out in front.

I beg to differ. Isn't it possible that Ben Carson is at or near the top of the polls because Republicans who answer polls resent that they're being called racists. By answering "I'm for Ben Carson," when polled, they can convince themselves (and others) that they're not racists.

Let me point out one important fact: NOT ONE ACTUAL VOTE HAS BEEN CAST BY ANYONE.

There is no law saying that the crap that people spout to pollsters, and the lever they pull when they're in the voting booth, need to match up.

My reality based opinion is that virtually anyone on DU has a better chance of getting elected prez than does Ben Carson. (Well, as long as they're at least the right age.)

It is only voting day tomorrow in the media, social and mass.

But we are entertained and folks do like to be entertained.....Democratic election campaign strategists should pick up on that.

Most Republicans would eat a baby and choke on the bones before they'd ever vote for a black man. That's who/what they are.
