Well, O.J. said he would track down the real killer, so O'LOOFAH is claiming (as always) to "confront deceit" (who spins deceit more than he?!1), self-delusion, lack of insight into himself, denial.
As for the 2016 prediction, JEB!1 Crow Shrub has always seemed to be the last one standing after the clown dust settled. This is not an approving-of-him statement. He is B.F.E.E. but not outwardly *loony". And, yes, it seems plausible that the JEB!1 - RUBIO spat is a total ruse for the eventual hook-up, a fitting CIA-CubanExile scenario for those two.

As he read through viewer emails on the segment, O’Reilly said, “There are two kinds of people in the world: those who confront deceit head-on, and those who take over avenues.” He stood by the accuracy of Killing Reagan and insisted that Will “chose to attack” him.
O’Reilly also pulled back the curtain a bit on how little he and Will like each other. O’Reilly said he doesn’t think Will’s “elitist presentation” is a good fit for his show, while he said Will considers him a “vulgarian who does not deserve the forum I have.”
