no message on it. Just a plain red cup. Just right for a secular Xmas.

Trump vs. Starbucks? I Think he just got chumped. I don't care for the bitter over priced code there but people live up around the block for it so I would bet good money that Starbucks is mode popular than Trump.

I went to Target and was not offered a Christmas style bag. Same at Menards, Home Depot, Kohls, Barnes and Nobles, McDonalds, Dairy Queen, Subway, Papa John's, and my local used book store.

And not one single employee at any of these businesses I visited over the weekend wished me a Merry Christmas!!!

We, as God-fearing Americans need to boycott every one of these businesses that disrespect our Judeo (oops, forget that part)-Christian values.

Ben Carson explained that a mistake was made when translating the NT from it's original Greek. Christ wasn't born in a manger. It was actually a Starbucks. Silly translators.

He's basically just throwing whatever red-meat he can think of into the crowd to generate a reaction.

If anything he's exposing the mouth-breather faction of the GOP as utter and total morans (sic)...not that there was much doubt about their intellectual level to start.

...a few extra times this season, just because Trump thinks we should boycott the place.

What a joke / jerk he is!

BTW, how absurd this whole "issue" is to begin with. In other years, Starbucks has included motifs like ... snowflakes, candy canes, snowmen... none of which emphasize the Christ part of Christmas. So even IF one took this whole thing seriously, if one were to examine the motifs of years past, there is NO evidence that there has been any change. Basically people are pissed about some company who decided their Christmas motif this year is minimal. That's it. It is basically a protest based on esthetics. It's like protesting the house next door because this year they adorned their home with red and green lights, but didn't put up the icicles or the Santa with sled on the roof or the snowman in the front yard, and claiming that they are against Christmas.

The repubs complain about the last debate not being substantive enough, and then float this kind of non-issue in the days before the debate.
