Can it be? Does Chris Christie have a chance?

The race for New Hampshire is the race for the establishment wing of the party, and Christie and Kasich are on the rise:

Not a bad place to be...on the rise in the one race that, if history holds (and who knows this year if it will or not), could determine who gets the nomination. Romney won in 2012, McCain in 2008.

Just like the last GOP primary, every candidate takes a turn as front runner before the establishment pick wins in the end. That's Jeb, in case you haven't been paying attention. It's all a circus, written by Fox, choreographed by Roger Ailes, for the entertainment of the masses.

1) Will this be true this year, or does the fact that Trump/Carson/Fiorina have 50% of the preference mean all prior rules of thumb don't work, or
2) If you are right, which establishment candidate will be annointed?
