Try turning off and waiting a bit then turning back on, if that doesn't work find the reset button and use it...

Do not press the reset button. The reset button will clear all the settings in the device. You would then have to go through the initial setup again, such as configure the security settings (you do have security settings, right?).

the wireless router. If that didn't do it, just replace the wireless router.

where it's been raining a LOT.

I have to power-cycle my router every day this time of year.

And when I check my speed it says 0 Kbps and a few times it said my speed was 24000 Mbps.
